I ordered some plants from this nursery.. however, when I planted them and followed their instruction, unfortunately, they didn't survive. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue and they were very compliant as to either sending replacement plants or crediting my account. I chose the latter and within weeks I had my credit refunded. Their customer service was most excellent and I really appreciated their concern and business ethic. Sincerely, Anne F. We go to Annie's several times a year to buy plants. It's a beautiful place to visit and has high quality plants. Lots of signage to help those of us who are still learning how to garden. The sections are clearly marked so you can find native plants, succulents, drought resistant, etc. The prices are reasonable for the quality. And we lucked out to come on a 20% sale day.

Con: The plants shipped a week later than the website said they would. Pros: Reasonable price, outstanding packaging for shipping, great selection, relatively large and well-established for shipped live plants, shipping was quick because it's from California, where I live.
